Rhizopus is known as bread mould.
Rhizopus is a genus of common saprophytic fungi (on plants) and specialized parasites (on animals). They are found on a wide variety of organic substrates, including mature fruits and vegetable jellies, syrups, leather, bread, peanuts and tobacco.
