Option (a).

Creepers are the plants which creep on grounds. They have very weak stems that can neither stand erect nor support all of its weight. For example, watermelon, pumpkin, etc.

Shrub is a medium-sized plant with bushy, hard stems with branches. Rose, lemon, and henna plants are some of the common shrubs around us.

A tree is a plant with the hard thick woody stem and it's branching much above the ground on the stem. e.g. Banyan tree, neem tree.

Herb is a short plant with the green and delicate stem. Generally, they have few branches or are branchless. Tomato, wheat, grass are few examples of herbs.
