The correct option is C a and c

Female Anopheles mosquitoes require blood albumin protein for their eggs. While sucking the blood, they release saliva into the host which has an anticoagulant. If the female Anopheles mosquito is infected, then along with saliva, sporozoites are also passed over to the host which is the infective stage of Plasmodium.

Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the flagellated Trichomonas vaginalis. It is present in the vagina of women. In males, the parasite produces irritation in the urethra. Symptoms are burning sensation, itching, and frothy discharge.

Entamoeba histolytica is the causative agent of Amoebiasis, Tetranucleate cyst is the infective stage. It gets transmitted through contaminated water where houseflies act as mechanical carriers.

The vector for sleeping sickness is infected fly bite which gets transmitted to humans Trypanosoma gambiense. It is a flagellated protist that causes trypanosomiasis (sleeping sickness), where tsetse flies act as intermediate hosts. The disease gets its name from the fact that patients often exhibit lethargy, drooling from the mouth, insensitivity to pain, slurred speech, seizures, and personality changes.
