The rates of nitration of C6H6, C6D6 and C6T6 are the same.
The rate-determining step for nitration through Electrophilic Aromatic Substitution is the attack of the electrophile(NO+2) on the aromatic substrate.

Thus changing the H atoms to its isotopes will not affect the reaction at all. The change of these atoms affects the reaction only when the breakage of these CH/D/T bonds is a part of the rate determining step.
