The correct option is B ∙ To calculate 42×7 using lattice method, we first separate 42 as per its face values 4 and 2. And, we write 7 at the farthest right.
∙ As the name suggests, in the lattice method, we draw a separator for each of the cells which resembles the cone in diamond lattice.
