Solution

The correct option is B Essar Oil
Essar Oil Limited (EOL) is the first Indian private company signed an accord with government of Myanmar in 2005 for oil exploration in two offshore blocks in that country . The two contiguous exploration blocks viz. Block A2 and Block L are ideally located in a area which is between two gas blocks and also near the coastline (Rakhine coast lies along the eastern side) which provides excellent logistics support.
