From the definition of specific heat capacity
C=ΔQnΔT ......(1)
where n is the no. of moles.
Condition for no heat exchange is ΔQ=0
So, from (1), we can say that ΔQ=0C=0
At a constant temperature, ΔT=0
So, at constant temperature, we can say that C

and at constant volume, CV=Rγ1
