The correct option is B Cytoplasm and mitochondria
Respiration is an energy releasing, enzymatically controlled process which involves a stepwise breakdown of food substances inside living cells. It occurs in all types of living cells, even in the photosynthetic ones that trap solar energy and store them in food. Food reaches every cell of an organism for respiration to take place. Hence, it is also known as cellular respiration. Respiration is mainly of two types - aerobic and anaerobic respiration.
In aerobic respiration, organic food is completely oxidised with the help of O2 into CO2 and H2O. It occurs in cytoplasm and mitochondria.
In anaerobic respiration, organic food is broken down incompletely to liberate energy in the absence of O2. It occurs only in cytoplasm.
Golgi appartus is a cell organelle which is responsible for packaging of proteins and lipid molecules.
In photosynthetic cells, the process of photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplast.
