The correct option is C
D/L system is used for the configuration of molecule in fischer projection.
D/L system of notation is a relative configuration. Here, glyceraldehyde was considered as the reference molecule.

For giving D/L configuration, the molecule must be written in such a way that most oxidised carbon is at the top. The position of OH group at the lowest chiral atom will determine the D/L configuration.
If the OH group is on the right, it is assigned as D configuration.
If the OH group is on the left, it is assigned as L configuration.


In compound (a) and (c), the most oxidised carbon is not at the top, so it has to be redrawn and then D/L configuration has to be assigned.

Hence, (b) and (c) has D-configuration.
