The correct option is A Hyaluronidase
Sperm is the male gamete in humans. A sperm has 4 parts like head, neck, middle piece and tail. Most of the head is covered by a narrow cap-like sac known as acrosome. It is derived from the Golgi complex. Acrosome contains protein-digesting and lysosomal enzymes together known as sperm lysins. Sperm lysins include hyaluronidase, corona penetrating enzymes and acrosins ( zona lysins). The hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic acid which is present as a constituent of connective tissue around follicular cells present around the ovum. Acrosin or zona lysin digests zona pellucida, the non-cellular layer around the secondary oocyte. Corona penetrating enzymes dissolve corona radiata. Corona radiata are layers of cells present outside zona pellucida.
Lipases and amylases are digestive enzymes that help in fat and carbohydrate digestion respectively. Trypsinogen is an inactive form of protein digesting enzyme, trypsin.
