Solution

The correct option is B MRI
Ionizing radiation can be considered as a high-energy radiation which contains enough energy to displace an electron from an atom, thereby, ionizing it. Non-ionizing radiations have less energy and cannot ionize an atom.

X-rays and gamma rays are ionizing radiations. CT scan makes use of X-rays. Radiotherapy is a type of treatment which makes use of ionizing radiations (high energy) and destroys the cancer cells in the treated area by damaging the DNA of these cells.

MRI uses a combination of magnetic fields and radio waves. No ionizing radiations are used here.
