The correct option is B Froth floatation process
Froth floatation is a process in which a mixture of the powdered ore, water and pine oil is strongly agitated by passing compressed air. As a result of this, the ore particles which are made wet by the pine oil stick to the froth of the oil formed during the mixing process and float on the surface of water. But the heavier impurities get wet by water and sink to the bottom. The froth that floats on water contains the ore. The ore is separated from the froth.
