The correct option is D NH+4Cl
NH+4Cl molecule has all the three types of bonds, electrovalent, covalent and co-ordinate. One NH bond is coordinate bond and three NH bonds are covalent bonds. Electrovalent (ionic) bond is present between ammonium ion and chloride ion.
HCl and H2O2 contains covalent bonds only. Cl ion is monoatomic ion, hence no bond is present.
