Solution

The correct option is A I,II
Answer B.
In IF5 iodine makes 5 covalent bond with F.
On central atom, there is a lone pair. So its hybridisation is sp3d2 and geometry is distorted octahedral due to lone pair.
BF3 has 6 valence electrons and no lone pairs and has a trigonal geometry with symmetric charge distribution.
CCl4 has no lone pair of electrons on central carbon and is having regular tetrahedral geometry.
HO has a bent Vshape geometry with 2 lone pair of electrons.
Hence, IF5 and H2O have distorted structures.
