The correct option is B $4$
We've,
$x^{2} - 6 x + 5$
$= x^{2} - 2. x .3 + 3^{2} - 4$
$= (x - 3)^{2} - 4$ .
So to make it perfect square i.e. $(x - 3)^{2}$ , we are to add $4$ to add.
