$5 x - 13 > - 18 (add 13 to both sides) \Rightarrow 5 x - 13 + 13 > - 18 + 13 \Rightarrow 5 x > - 5 divide both sides by 5 \Rightarrow \frac{5 x}{5} > \frac{- 5}{5} \Rightarrow x > - 1 ∴ x = 0, 1, 2, 3 . . . also, x is a natural number less than 5 ∴ x = 1, 2, 3, 4$
