So, formula which can be used is

ΔGΘ=RTlnK

Since at half stage completion,

[A]=[B]

K=[product][reactant]=[B][A]=1

As for 50% completion both product and reactant will have equal concentration.

ln(K)=ln(1)=0

Δ GΘ=RT(0)
