Only IBr2 and XeF2 are linear and hence isostructural and have the same number of valence electrons i.e. (22).
In both, the central atoms I and Xe have 2 bond pairs and 3 lone pair of electrons such that the molecule has linear geometry. Thus correct option is (d).
IF3 has T-shape and has 28 electron while XeF2 has linear shape and has linear shape.
BeCl2 has linear shape and has 16 electron while XeF2 has linear shape and has 22 electron.
TeI2 has bent shape and has 20 electron while XeF2 has linear shape and has 22 electron.
