The correct option is D Carbon tetrachloride-acetone
CCl4 and (CH3)2C=O will not form H-bonds with each other. Both acetone and carbon tetrachloride are non-polar covalent compounds which are not miscible with each other and do not form hydrogen bonds whereas the others are polar and form H-bonds. In option C, the O of acetone and H of chloroform can form hydrogen bond but it is not that stable as other molecules with N,O and F.
