Given equations are:

2x-2y-2=0,4x-4y-5=0

Here,

a1=2,b1=-2,c1=-2a2=4,b1=-4,c1=-5

Now,

a1a2=24=12b1b2=-2-4=12c1c2=25a1a2=b1b2c1c2

Thus, these linear equations are parallel and have no possible solutions.

Hence, the pair of linear equations are inconsistent.
