The correct option is B (i)<(ii)
In (i) the C is sp2 hybridised and in (ii) the C is sp hybridised.

More the % s-character means more electronegativity of the attached carbon, so more will be -I. So in between sp and sp2, sp is the most electronegative because of more % s-character.

So the correct answer will be option(b).
