Which of the following represents the correct sequence of organs through which air passes during inhalation?
Nostrils→Pharynx→Larynx→Trachea→Alveoli
When we inhale, air is drawn into our body through the nostrils, it then goes into the nasal passages where dust and harmful substances are filtered. From there, air enters into the pharynx, then into the larynx, then into the trachea which splits into bronchi. From the bronchi, air enters the lungs through bronchioles and finally to the alveoli where gaseous exchange takes place.
