Solution

The correct option is B Sue for damages
Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, there are remedies provided for the breach of contract and there are certain rights available against the defaulting party which includes suit for damages. Being a common law and civil or commercial in nature, the remedy available is suit for damages or in specific cases specific performance of contract which requires the breaching party to perform their part of the contract but one cannot claim specific performance of contract in all the cases of breach.
