3 cm, 1.3 cm, 5 cm.

Solution

Given side length of the triangle are 3 cm, 1.3 cm, 5 cm.

We know that the sum of any two sides of a triangle is greater than the third side.

Let us check if the set of lengths follows the properties of the side of a triangle.

3+1.3=4.3<5,

3+5=8>1.3,

1.3+5=6.3>3

So, the given side lengths are not a form of triangle.

Hence, we cannot form a triangle using above lengths as its side.
