Solution

The correct options are
B Mn2+
C Fe3+
1.Cr24 electrons are present:[Ar]3d54s1. Cr3+ means 3 electrons are lost (1electron from 4s and 2 electrons from 3d),so totally 3 unpaired electrons are present.
2.Mn25 electrons are present:[Ar]3d54s2. Mn2+ means 2 electrons are lost (2 electron from 4s),so totally 5 unpaired electrons are present.
3.Fe26 electrons are present:[Ar]3d64s2. Fe3+ means 3 electrons are lost (1electron from 4s and 1 electrons from 3d),so totally 5 unpaired electrons are present.
4.Cu29 electrons are present:[Ar]3d104s1. Cu+ means 2 electrons are lost (1electron from 4s and 1 electrons from 3d),so totally 1 unpaired electrons are present.
so the same number of unpaired electrons are present in Mn2+,Fe3+ i.e 5 unpaired electrons.
Hence options B & D are correct.
