Organic benzene is kinetically more stable than inorganic benzene.
Kinetic stability is defined on the basis of the easiness of reaction with which it undergoes. Since inorganic benzene (borazine) contains polar coordinate bonds and organic benzene contains covalent bonds. Due to the presence of coordinate bond, borazine undergoes reaction easily and is hence kinetically less stable than organic benzene.
