Breathing is a process where we breathe in and out constantly throughout the day. It is partially under our voluntary control. Breathing is also a physical process as it does not involve the formation of any new product. Breathing is considered as external respiration but is not same as respiration as it does not involve generation of energy. During breathing we take in oxygen and gives out carbon dioxide.
