Solution

The correct options are
A NH+4 ions will undergo hydrolysis to form NH4OH
C Solution will be acidic in nature.
Salt of a strong acid and a weak base S.A+W.B.
Consider strong acid HCl and weak base NH4OH gives NH4Cl as a salt.
Complete dissociation :
NH4ClNH+4(aq)+Cl(aq)
Hydrolysis :
NH+4(aq)+H2O(l)NH4OH (aq)+H+(aq)
Note :-
Only the cation will undergo hydrolysis and the solution will be acidic in nature due to H+ formation. So here, the cation is responsible for the acidic nature of the solution.
In this case pH < 7.
