The correct options are
A It has only one political party that is allowed to rule.
C People cannot bring a new party with a new ideology to power.
China has a one-party system. That means that there is just one political party in all of China that is allowed to rule - The Chinese Communist Party or the CCP. In addition to this, any candidate standing for the parliamentary elections needs the approval of the CCP. In the 2002-2003 elections, only members from the CCP and its subsidiary parties were allowed to contest in elections. But none of them could challenge the supremacy of the CCP. Just one party unilaterally takes decisions for the country. The people have no way to bring a new party with a new ideology to power. And this goes against the basic definition of democracy.
