Solution

The correct options are
A Nerve impulse travels from dendritic end towards axonal end
C The chemicals released from the axonal end of one neuron cross the synapse and generate a similar electrical impulse in a dendrite of another neuron
The transmission of nerve impulse is unidirectional. The nerve cells are connected to each other or a muscle cell or gland through a synapse. The neuron conducts information in the form of electric impulse that travels along the length of the axon, reaches the terminal end or the axonal end where it is converted into chemical signal, packed in vesicles. The vesicles release the chemical substances (example Acetylcholine) in the synapse. This chemical substance travels through the synaptic junction and reaches the receptors present on the dentrites of the subsequent neuron or a muscle cell or the gland where it is further converted to an electric impulse or response.
So, the correct options are A and C
