Its members are heads of financial sector regulatory authorities (i.e, RBI, SEBI, IRDA, PFRDA). In the reconstituted Financial Stability and Development Council (FSDC) Chairman of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) shall be one of the member.
