The correct option is D (ii) and (iv) Flowers are a characteristic of flowering plants i.e., Angiosperms. Other plants like Bryophytes, Pteridophytes and Gymnosperms do not bear flowers. The function of flower is sexual reproduction. For this purpose they have male and female gametes producing structures ie Anthers and Ovary. A flower may be unisexual or bisexual. For example, Cucurbits produce unisexual flowers while Solanaceae members like tomato, potato produce bisexual flowers.
