Solution

The nucleus of a cell consists of genetic material such as DNA, RNA, chromosomes and genes. DNA is double stranded and contain deoxyribose sugar where as RNA is single stranded and contains ribose sugar. The nitrogenous bases of DNA are: adenine(A), cytosine(C), uracil(U), and guanine(G) and the nitrogenous bases of RNA are: adenine(A), cytosine(C), uracil(U), and guanine(G).
So, the correct answer is option: B and D.
