Conjugate base of phenol is stabilised by conjugation of negative charge in the ring​. Acidic strength is inversely propotional to EDGs and directly propotional to EWGs.

NO2,CN are electron withdrawing groups. They increase the acidity of phenols.
However CH3 is electron donating group. It decreases the acidity of phenol.

Hence, option (c) is correct.
