Solution

The correct option is A Nucleoplasm
Protoplasm of a cell is the sum total of cytoplasm and nucleoplasm. Nucleoplasm is the part of the protoplasm enclosed within the nuclear membrane. It is also referred to as karyoplasm or karyolymph. It is a jelly like matrix which contains water, lipids, proteins and dissolved ions. It has the nucleolus suspended in it along with the chromatin. Cytoplasm is the part of the protoplasm which is enclosed within the cell membrane but is present outside the nuclear membrane.
