When AgNO3 is titrated against KCl following reaction occurs,
Ag+NO3+K+ClAgCl(s)+K+NO3
Here AgCl precipitates out. For each mole of Cl displaced from solution, 1 mole of NO3 comes in solution resulting in almost contstant conductivity.

At the end point, the added AgNO3 remains in solution increasing ionic concentration, therefore conductivity rapidly increases.
