Solution

The correct option is A Protease
Proteases or proteinases are enzymes that act upon complex proteins and break them into peptones or proteoses (partially digested proteins) and eventually dipeptides. If dipeptides are further treated with proteases like dipeptidases then it will yield amino acids. Amino acids are the basic units of protein.

Nuclease is an enzyme which breaks down nucleic acids like DNA and RNA. It converts them into nucleotides and further into nucleosides.

DNase is a type of nuclease enzyme which specifically breaks down DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) molecules.
