$Fe+{Cu}^{2+}\to {Fe}^{2+}+Cu$

$\left(0.4\right)$ $\left(C_1\right)$

Nearest equation :-

$E_{cell}=E^0+\frac{0.059}{2}log\left[\frac{\left({Cu}^{2+}\right)}{C_1}\right]$

for incoming the value of $E_{cell}$,

$log\left[\frac{\left({Cu}^{2+}\right)}{C_1}\right]>1$

i.e, $\left({Cu}^{2+}\right)>C_1$

Hence $C_1$ should be less than $0.4$

$\therefore C_1=0.1M$
