We know that any physical body cannot have two different magnitudes of velocity at the same instant. So if you draw a line parallel to velocity line in the graph and if it crosses more than one point, we can say that that graph is unrealistic.

For the graphs b, c and d, the graphs turns out to be unrealistic. Hence option a in the only realistic graph here.
