Solution

The correct option is B Basophil
Basophil (granulocyte) is a white blood cell that increases during the inflammatory reactions, specially those reactions that cause allergy and asthma. They are the part of innate immune system. These are responsible for causing non specific inflammatory reaction. In response of an allergen, they release cytokines, which inspect some of the inflammatory responses. When our body is exposed to the allergens, IgE antibody binds to the allegens and stimulates the basophils to release histamine and other enzymes that can lead to inflammation, bronchoconstriction and asthma symptoms in respone to the allergens. So, the correct option is B.
