Inorganic catalysts are the ones which do not include C, H or O in their structure, whereas organic catalysts do. Inorganic catalysts are less sensitive to temperature and pH. Enzymes, on the other hand, are highly sensitive to enzymes and pH. Most enzymes are inactive at lower temperatures or may get denatured at higher temperatures; enzymes work best at the optimum temperature range. But, enzymes of certain archaebacteria, which reside in hot regions, can tolerate extreme temperatures.
