Number of moles =Total massMolecular mass

Let Y moles of each substance is taken.

Mass of CaCO3 = Y× Molecular mass of CaCO3

= Y× (atomic mass of Ca + atomic mass of C + 3× atomic mass of O)
= Y×(40+12+3× 16)
= 100Y

Similarly,

Mass of C12H22O11 = Y× (12×12+22×1+11×16)
= 342Y

Mass of NO2 = Y×(1×14+ 2×160) = 46Y

Mass of H2O = Y×(2×1+16) = 18Y

From the above calculation water would weigh the least.
