The correct option is A M and N are non-mirror image stereoisomers.

${}^{\prime }{M}^{\prime }$ and ${}^{\prime }{N}^{\prime }$ are stereoisomers because they have same structure and formula. The only difference is position of atoms. They are non-mirror images because, the series on front carbon in $M(OH,H,Cl)$ is the series on back carbon in $N(OH,H,C{H}_3)$

$\Rightarrow$ Back carbon of ${}^{\prime }{M}^{\prime }$ is in the series $(OH,Cl,H)$ But in front carbon of ${}^{\prime }{N}^{\prime }$ is $(OH,H,Cl)$. So they are non-mirror images.
