Solution
The correct option is B All of the above The organism Fasciola hepatica is responsible for fluke infections in cattle, sheep, humans and other mammals. The eggs of the fluke are released in the water from the stools of the infected person. When the eggs enter the freshwater, these eggs gets embryonated and then hatch as miracidia. The miracidia enter the snail which is the intermediate host. The miracidia develop into sporocyst and then into redia and eventually develops into cercearia. The cercaria is released from the snails which enter into the host and complete the life cycle.
