During anaphase II, centromere of each chromosome divides into two. This separates the two chromatids of a chromosome into two independent daughter chromosomes. Each daughter chromosome is attached to spindle pole of its side by a spindle fiber, which contracts, thus, pulling the chromosome towards the spindle poles.
So, the correct answer is 'Anaphase II'
