Agreements, the meaning of which is not certain, or capable of being made certain, are void agreements as per Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Here, in the first two options, A is selling goods to B at a fixed or reasonable rate and the subject matter of such agreement is certain in nature. O the other hand, in option (C), A has agreed to sell the crop of his mango farm to B but the term 'entire crop' here is uncertain and there may be even a possibility of crop failure. Hence, the subject matter of this agreement is not certain and therefore, it is void due to uncertainty.
