Vascular tissue is a complex conducting tissue which is formed of more than one type of cell. The primary components of vascular tissue in plants are the xylem and phloem. Where xylem is a water-conducting tissue and phloem is the food conducting tissue. Whereas meristematic is a tissue in most plants containing undifferentiated cells (meristematic cells), found in zones of the plant where growth can take place. Epithelial tissues are the tissues that cover all the exposed surfaces of the body. They form the external skin, the inner lining of the mouth, digestive tract etc.
