Solution

The correct option is D

Both a and b are correct

Renin's primary function is to cause an increase in blood pressure, leading to restoration of perfusion pressure in the kidneys. Renin is secreted from juxtaglomerular kidney cells, which sense changes in renal perfusion pressure, via stretch receptors in the vascular walls. Antidiuretic hormone (ADH), is a neurohypophysial hormone found in most mammals. Its two primary functions are to retain water in the body and to constrict blood vessels. So regional vasoconstriction, will increase blood pressure. Angiotensin is a peptide hormone that causes vasoconstriction and a subsequent increase in blood pressure.
