The correct option is A $\frac{1}{3}$
Converting into like fraction.

$\frac{1 \times 5}{3 \times 5} = \frac{5}{15}$

$\frac{4 \times 5}{3 \times 5} = \frac{20}{15}$

$\frac{2 \times 3}{5 \times 3} = \frac{6}{15}$

$\frac{3 \times 3}{5 \times 3} = \frac{9}{15}$

$\frac{5}{15} < \frac{6}{15} < \frac{9}{15} < \frac{20}{15}$

Or

$\frac{1}{3} < \frac{2}{5} < \frac{3}{5} < \frac{4}{3}$
