Solution

The correct option is D This right has been given to all Indian children between the ages of 6 to 14 Years under the 86th Constitutional Amendment Act
Option D is the correct answer.
Right to Education has been given to all Indian children between the ages of 6 to 14 Years under the 86th Constitutional Amendment Act. Indian governments at the Center since 1993 worked towards bringing a constitutional amendment to make education a Fundamental Right in the Indian Constitution. This led to the 86th amendment in December 2002 which inserted Article 21A in the Indian Constitution. Article 21A states that the State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years in such manner as the State may, by law, determine.
